After enduring a challenging 10 years with a chronic pain, depression, and anxiety, she woke up one day and decided this could not be how life really is. From that point forward she delved deep into her own healing and personal / spiritual development. Always continuing to learn and develop, she now is honored to be able to offer a refuge to Empaths seeking their right to joy and truth in their life.
